Unveiling the Creation Process of DEB bed sheets, in 5 Steps!

Step 1: Sourcing

At the heart of our extraordinary bed sheets lies a remarkable transformation. It all begins with nature's gift – trees. Sourced responsibly and sustainably, this cellulose-rich material serves as the foundation for our premium TENCEL™ Lyocell  

 

Step 2: Closed loop process

Lenzing's expertise comes into play as they weave their magic on the tree pulp in a closed loop process which recycles water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate of more than 99%. Through an innovative process, the raw material undergoes a remarkable metamorphosis, emerging as TENCEL™ Lyocell – a supremely soft and silky fiber.

 

Step 3: Crafting

Once we have the TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers, we entrust the next phase to our esteemed factory partner in Shanghai, China who specializes in sustainable textiles. Our factory partner then spins fibers into high quality yarn and weaves it into our proprietary DEB fabric for bed sheets. 

 

Step 4: Final Product

The culmination of this weaving process results in the creation of our exquisite bed sheets. Luxuriously soft, and hypoallergenic, they provide the perfect sanctuary for your dreams.

 

Step 5: Our Commitment to You

We are committed to leaving a positive impact on the environment. DEB bed sheets carry Oeko Tex® 100 and Lenzing TENCEL™ certification, meaning that our sheets are tested for harmful substances, and certified to be compostable, making them safe for you, your loved ones, and planet Earth.
